FAQs

We love your questions!

Q. Where is the truck today?

A. We post daily locations on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Q. Do you take credit cards?

A. We sure do! We take credit cards, debit cards, or cash.

Q. Did you fix the truck up yourself?

A. Before we were lucky enough to care for Stella, she spent most of her life in California and Texas. Because of that the body itself didn’t need any work. However, Stella was lime green so she needed a little makeover before her new life as our sweet little flower truck!

Q. Where did you find the truck?

A. We found Stella in Kentucky! We decided on her sight unseen and we couldn't have been more lucky to find her!

Q. Where do you get your flowers?

A. The answer to that question varies day-to-day and season-to-season. We love flowers that are grown not flown, so we strive to make the truck as local as possible. When the Ozarks are in full bloom we’re out making the rounds to local farms gathering our “slow flowers” and on some days we’re even out there with the growers dead heading in the field to get the highest quality flowers to your homes! When we’re not in the growing season we’re sourcing our flowers from different regions with an emphasis on American Grown!

Q. Do you deliver?

A. If you’re within the Springfield, MO area, we’re there with your flower delivery

Q. When will my flowers be delivered?

A. We deliver Monday through Friday between 9-5 PM. Please let us know if we are delivering to a school or office that closes before 5 PM (you can write it in the customer notes sections).

Q. Is the flower truck out year-round?

A. Other than special occasions, the truck will be out from March - mid-December. During the off-season, our flower bar is available to rent for events.

Q. Do you do special events like birthdays or weddings? What if the event is not in Springfield?

A. Yes! You can reserve the truck for any special event. We will travel up to 90 miles outside Springfield. E-mail us at hello@ozarkmtnflowertruck.com and we can make your event one that stands out!

Q. How long will my flowers last?

A. Each flower or green’s vase life differs, but most people are reporting back that their flowers are lasting at least 2 weeks! Check out our flower care page for some tips and tricks to long lasting blooms.
